Non-formal education plays a pivotal role in empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds, enabling them to contribute to societal mobilization through the educational initiatives provided, ultimately striving for a more prosperous life. This empowerment is facilitated through various educational activities, particularly batik training. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method to delve into the intricacies of this educational endeavor. The research findings highlight a structured training model established by the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Education and Culture. This model encompasses five key stages: 1) Needs Analysis, 2) Approach Strategy, 3) Material Preparation, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. These stages collectively contribute to the success of the batik training program, ensuring that the educational activities are executed effectively. The positive response received from the training participants signifies the impact and relevance of the model, demonstrating its efficacy in fostering skill development and knowledge acquisition among the participants.
