Peningkatkan Kemampuan Pengendalian Diri Anak Melalui Media Puzzle Ekspresi

Abstract

This research addresses the low self-control ability among children at DINNOV Al Birru Ngadiluwih Kindergarten, Kediri Regency, attributed to insufficient stimulation. Through Classroom Action Research, the study investigates whether expression puzzle media can enhance self-control among 4-5-year-old children. The research, conducted over three cycles from August to October, involved children in the Musa group. Findings reveal that activities utilizing expression puzzle media effectively improve discipline, patience, and responsibility among the children. Data showed a significant increase in self-control levels from pre-action (25%) to cycle III (75%). It is recommended that expression puzzle media be incorporated into activities for children aged 4-5 years, with potential for further development to enhance self control abilities in older children.
