Abstract. The rapid advancement of the times has significantly influenced the development of education, particularly in terms of curriculum and learning concepts. Although curriculum revolutions continue to adapt to current needs and challenges, the values of Pancasila, as the nation's ideology, remain the fundamental basis of Indonesia's education system. This study aims to examine how learning concepts have evolved and whether Pancasila values are still relevant to be instilled in the present era. The research uses a library research method, analyzing various sources such as books, journals, theses, e-books, and scholarly papers related to the topic. The findings reveal that although learning concepts continue to change, Pancasila values remain central in curriculum design. One prominent example is the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in the Merdeka Curriculum, which has become a major focus in today’s educational landscape. The curriculum is designed dynamically to follow the progress of the era, while still adhering to the noble values of Pancasila. Therefore, Pancasila values are still highly relevant and appropriate to be continuously instilled in education as the foundation for character building and the national identity of Indonesia.
