Abstract

There are differences in the level of enthusiasm and participation in learning activities, in the lecture learning method (teacher center) with the project based learning method, this study aims to examine how the application of these methods in the Indonesian language learning process at the Non-Formal Education Unit of the Learning Activity Center (SKB) in Ciamis Regency. using a descriptive qualitative approach, with information collection techniques that include in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation review. Data analysis was carried out inductively, based on the integration of primary and secondary data as the main foundation in interpreting the findings. The findings of the study regarding the Implementation of Project Based Learning show an increase in skills in students, including communication skills, critical thinking, and practical skills obtained through the implementation of project based tasks. Overall, the implementation of Project Based Learning at the Non-Formal Education Unit of the Learning Activity Center in Ciamis Regency has a positive impact on the development of skills and understanding of students.
