Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a significant public health problem in Indonesia, including in the Jadimulya neighborhood, Hegarsari Village, Pataruman Subdistrict, Banjar City. This Field Learning Practice (FLP) aims to analyze the determinants of DHF and to develop and implement effective intervention programs. The research methods include Community Diagnosis, SWOT analysis, and a participatory approach involving the community. The findings reveal that the main determinant of DHF is the community's lack of supportive behaviors, particularly the failure to adopt the "3M" practices (Draining, Covering, and Recycling). The intervention program includes educational efforts, the provision of control tools such as calendars, books, and checklist sheets, as well as the establishment of a larvae monitoring team involving community leaders and support from local authorities. This program is expected to be replicable in other areas to sustainably reduce DHF incidence rates.
